Cooker team Registration

We are FULL for our 2023 BBQ Cook-off and Festival! Check back next year.

All teams must participate in the Anything Butt Contest on Friday, September 22, and the main pork butt cookoff on Saturday, September 23. Friday’s contest is “Anything Butt” (ATB), featuring each team’s favorite dish, and cookers are responsible for supplying their own ingredients. Teams will serve as vendors, receiving 100% of the proceeds. Please price items at 5 ticket ($10) max. Put your best foot forward, as top overall dishes will win prizes.

Pork butts will be supplied to cookers for Saturday’s competition. Cooker teams may also organize a ribs and/or a brisket throwdown. Cookers should bring cash for entry into throwdown competitions at the event.

Prizes include bragging rights and:
$1,000 - 1st Place | $350 - 2nd Place | $200 3rd Place for Pork Butts
Winner Takes All in Rib and Brisket Throwdowns
